Graham Peelle is a 20-year executive and leadership strategist specializing in scaling organizations, driving operational turnarounds, and building high-performance teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. A former leader at Allegis Group, Korn Ferry, and Randstad–active in the start-up and SMB space–he has led teams of 500 associates and 2,500 contractors supporting $50M in annual revenue.
As Managing Partner of Endeavor Strategic, Graham advises Founders and CEOs on leadership systems, organizational performance, and culture transformation, helping them build scalable, AI-forward organizations that break through growth ceilings. He combines deep operational and talent expertise with a passion for coaching and a people-first philosophy: growing people grows business, and passion and purpose drive performance.
Graham's approach integrates two decades of hands-on experience with a sharp focus on helping leaders navigate complexity across organizations and markets with clarity, conviction, and impact.
He is the author of Executive Summary, a weekly newsletter on leadership and organizational dynamics, and host of the Flywheel Leadership podcast. His work has been featured in Forbes, Senior Executive, and Wowledge.
He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Economics from Purdue University, and is a member of the Forbes HR Council, Operations Nation, and Grateful Giving.
